The job matching capability is a multifunction process. A job can be matched to candidates with criteria that meets items such as classification, desired state and city of employment, type of employment such as permanent or part-time. There is also a search that matches a candidate to all available jobs that meet their criteria such as type of employment including a variety of states and cities. After matches occur information can be sent to the potential employer to determine if an interview can be scheduled. |
